System 03
Crisp, matte facades that hold their line for decades. Fiber cement and high-density cement panel systems combine architectural clarity with real durability against the Ontario climate.
The material
We carry a wide range of cement and high-density cement panels — providing the flat, quiet, contemporary look architects specify, with the moisture and freeze-thaw resistance the GTA demands. Installed on a ventilated rainscreen, the panels stay dry, stable and looking new far longer.
How the rainscreen keeps panels dry →Why it works
Durable, low-maintenance cladding that pairs with high-performance walls.
Flat panels with clean joints and consistent reveals for a modern, considered facade.
Engineered to shrug off driving rain, UV and freeze-thaw cycling year after year.
Non-combustible cement composition supports code compliance on commercial elevations.
Colour-stable finishes mean less upkeep and lower lifecycle cost for owners.
Installed over a drained, ventilated cavity so any moisture that gets behind can escape.
A broad palette of colours, textures and formats to match the design intent.
The full assembly
Heavy cement panels need a strong, continuous fixing point. We anchor into engineered sub-framing over continuous insulation and a weather barrier, so the wall performs and the finish stays flat and secure.

Girts and continuous insulation create the ventilated cavity and fixing point.
Panels fastened with concealed or expressed fixings, joints detailed for drainage.
Common questions
Durability, installation and finishes in the Ontario climate.
Yes. Fiber cement and high-density cement panels resist driving rain, UV and freeze-thaw cycling, and they're non-combustible — a durable, low-maintenance choice for GTA commercial and multi-family facades.
Over a weather-resistive barrier and engineered sub-framing with continuous insulation, creating a drained, ventilated cavity. Panels are fixed with concealed or expressed fasteners and joints detailed for drainage.
Installing over a back-ventilated rainscreen cavity lets any moisture behind the cladding drain and dry, keeping panels flat and extending service life.
A broad palette of colours, textures and panel formats — from crisp matte architectural panels to wood-look profiles — to match the design intent.
