The backbone

Water and air control, detailed at every transition.

A weather-resistive barrier (WRB) or air/vapour barrier over the sheathing prevents moisture infiltration and delivers air-tightness — the single biggest factor in envelope durability and energy performance. We install self-adhered and liquid-applied membranes and integrate precision-engineered flashing to safeguard the structure against the elements.

Fabricated flashing at heads, sills, parapets and transitions — shaped to shed water away from the assembly.

Sealant

Correctly specified, tooled and backed joints that stay flexible and watertight through thermal movement.

Continuous insulation and premium cladding only perform if air and water are controlled first. Gaps at transitions are where walls fail. We treat the barrier and flashing as the foundation of the whole assembly — not an afterthought.
